#2500 BOSS complete airbag  2500lb or 1136kg capacity @ 100psi  Tested to over 450psi Recommended working pressure 0-150psi Suitable for "Bag over" applications and as a stand alone air bag. Air Cylinders   80mm red cylinders: Suitable for front/ rear strut applications small vehicles (under 1000kg). Designed for side loadings caused in strut situations. 80mm silver cylinders - suitable for rear applications where the vehicle had a coil-over shock like Honda's and Mitsubishi sedans. 100mm silver cylinders: suitable for front applications like RX8, Honda, Mazda and others. 100mm blue cylinder: suitable for front/ rear strut applications applications on vehicles not weighing more than 1300kg.       Air Struts

Use in any coil-over or McPherson strut application where space prevails. Able to have clevis or Ball mount welded directly to heavy wall shock body and with the bag mount already welded to the shock before assembly enables a wide range of vehicles to be covered. Top 22mm shaft features a female thread to enable any combination of top mounting. 10 position adjustable dampening is standard on all boss struts. Steel top seal plate prevents the "wobble" and leak found with cast or machined aluminum tops. BOSS struts use U lipped seals for an airtight fit over strut shaft. A flare fitting is tig welded directly onto the bag plate. 2500 BOSS bag compatible. 50mm diameter strut body for easy compatibility. Unpainted bottom for easy welding on of clevis. Complete BOSS struts are supplied with 1/2" stainless braided Teflon hoses for superior protection Built strong and safe with pre welded bag plate.

1. Dual needle backlit gauge 150psi are reliable and simple to read. Use on low pressure load assist kits and low pressure airbag systems.

2. Digital gauge with 5 senders  0 - 150 psi, 5 readouts - check your bag pressures as well as tank pressure at a glance. Senders are placed between valves and the bags/cylinders to monitor pressures. High and low pressure warnings can also be set.

3. Dual needle backlit gauge 300psi for air suspension systems where peak pressures may exceed 150psi.

Automatic Digital Ride Height Controller

Offering complete control of your air suspension system, Dakota Digital's new DHC series of control units have your needs covered! The DHC systems offer the utmost in flexibility to flawlessly operate any air ride system on the road today! All DHC systems offer unlimited control of the air ride system through not only the 3 user selectable preset heights, but full manual control of the air system for minor changes, eliminating bulky rocker switches! These systems also feature the "Auto Raise" innovation which will instantly bring the vehicle to a safe driving height upon starting the vehicle! Handheld remote controls are also available to operate the vehicle's height for the absolute in convenience!  Similar to other Dakota Digital instruments, these units feature the latest vacuum fluorescent technology for an incomparable appearance! We at Mild to Wild only use the highest quality brass air fittings, most with nickel chrome finish. Our fittings have lipped internal seals to prevent leakage, not o-rings, and the push to connect fittings have a smooth release function. Pre primed threads suit lock-tight thread sealant.
